The West Virginia Association for the Gifted and Talented is a non-profit organization of parents and educators who recognize the need to foster the growth and development of gifted and talented individuals in our state. In this organization, the unique needs of gifted students are identified and the necessity of specialized instruction to meet those needs is recognized as right and not a privilege as provided in West Virginia state code.
